Hi, I am an online Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in evidence-based, integrative therapeutic methods - this means I have a range of tools to help and tailor for each unique client, to neurologically and physiologically reframe negative thought patterns and behaviours.
I work with adult clients globally, through online sessions, so we can collaborate at a time and place that suits you. ​​​
