I am a UK-trained and registered online hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, working with adult clients worldwide.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, combining hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help you change unhelpful patterns in thinking, behaviour, and emotional responses.

Many people come to therapy after trying approaches that felt unclear, repetitive, or slow to create real change. My work is more active, direct, and focused on outcomes: I help you understand issues, challenge them, and move beyond them.

How therapy works

I focus on clear techniques that are usable in real life - not abstract or overly technical concepts. My approach works at both a cognitive level (how you think) and a physiological level (how your body and nervous system respond). 

Together, we look at why these patterns exist, how they are maintained, and what needs to change - so you can apply what you learn outside of sessions, not just during them.

What to expect

Sessions are tailored to you - not a fixed programme. This is an active process - you will feel supported, but also challenged. You may face up to thoughts or behaviours you would usually avoid - this is often where meaningful change begins! Over time, a greater sense of control and self-understanding makes challenges clearer and easier to manage.

But real change doesn’t come from talking alone.

This isn’t the same as speaking with friends or family. In our sessions, we actually work with what’s going on for you — the patterns underneath things — rather than just describing them.

My role is to help you step out of cycles like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or self-sabotage, and to understand what’s really driving them.

We look at your thoughts, your emotional responses, and your past experiences — but in a way that moves things forward, not just circles around them.

It’s not about dismissing what you feel. And it’s not about forcing yourself to “think positively”. It’s about seeing things more clearly, in a way that gives you more choice in how you respond.

The work is practical and involved. You’re not just talking — you’re engaging with the process and starting to shift things as we go.

Over time, this helps you feel more steady, more aware of what’s happening internally, and less pulled around by the same patterns.

Your past plays a role in how you feel now, but it doesn’t have to define it. Change comes from understanding those patterns and doing something different with them.
