About

My journey into therapy didn’t start with training - it started with searching.

Over the years, I explored many different approaches to improving my mental health and wellbeing, from CBT and talking therapy to sound healing and more alternative methods. Some helped in their own way, but it was the combination of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy that created the most meaningful and lasting change for me.

That experience led me to retrain - because I wanted to understand why it worked, and to offer that same level of change to others.

Alongside this, I’ve lived and worked in different countries and environments - from corporate and charity settings to running my own business. Navigating change, uncertainty, and personal growth has been a constant part of my life, and it’s given me a broader, more grounded understanding of the challenges people face.

My approach to therapy is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience.

I believe therapy should be as important as physical health - something that supports you to move forward, not just cope. In a world where many people feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, therapy can be a space where things begin to shift.

My work focuses on helping you:

  • Break out of patterns that no longer serve you

  • Understand yourself more deeply

  • Feel more in control, rather than on autopilot

  • Move forward with clarity and confidence

Therapy does require commitment, and a level of openness. But when it works, it can help you change things you once felt stuck with - and if you wish, even explore parts of yourself you hadn’t considered before.

I see therapy as a process of evolution.

We are not fixed. We are always changing. And the aim is not perfection - but to feel more aligned, more free, and more able to live your life in a way that feels right for you.

See you soon,

Ri
