Hypnotherapy, but not as you know it
Many people may mistakenly think that hypnotherapy is associated with the image of a 'stage hypnotist' swinging a pendulum to create a 'trance state'.
In fact, Cognitive Hypnotherapists use evidence-based techniques, rooted in the role neurology plays in our biology. The client enters their own subconscious through relating their experience as the therapist guides the depth of the narrative by harnessing the clients own range of felt experiences. This is in order to help the client reach a stage of 'reframing' which facilitates their release of its intensity or hold on their lives. Through this, the change in the neural pathways can occur for long-standing changes, hence why hypnotherapy can be more successful than talking alone.
Reframe your experience
Sometimes, simply having a safe space to express their thoughts and emotions can offer great insights for creating the changes clients seek. This is why I combine the schools of integrative psychotherapy with modern cognitive hypnotherapy, so the client has the best opportunity to really progress to their solution states.

We can meet online (or in person in Paris) for an initial conversation to help us both understand your goals and challenges, and how this aligns with my experience and expertise.
Ensuring we share a mutual understanding is key to a successful therapy process - as psychologist Carl Rogers termed a 'Therapeutic Alliance' between the client and the therapist.
What do other clients say?
As I previously tried some form of therapy, Ri definitely has changed my perspective on it. The sessions were very helpful and very productive. Ri's approach is actions/results driven which is great and different from other therapies I had before. In addition, Ri is a very smart, sharp and compassionate person. It was great for me to exchange with her and it was easy for me to explain myself to her and feel understood. I without any doubt recommend her and thank her for the huge impact she had on me.

Ri is an amazing therapist. She is kind, considerate and I really feel she is on my team and wants me to improve. I feel very comfortable speaking to Ri about some of the most significant emotional events that happened in my life, and Ri has not only helped transform my issues but also given me the tools and confidence to take with me in between sessions and into the world. Ri has been amazing to work with and I can highly recommend her to anybody looking for some support.

Ri was my first 'hypnotherapist', I was initially unsure about what this type of therapy was and how I would deal with it but it ended up being the best decision I took ! Ri was not like my previous therapist, she was so engaging and understanding whilst really helping me face my issues. I loved the sensory body work which hypnotherapy offered as I connected to parts of myself I hadn't previously. She remains my go to as now I want to evolve in so many other areas of my life!
